The Great Wall Restaurant will be having a special dinner consisting of regional dishes from Mei Sian, particularly originating in the village of Ke jia, home of Chef Ken Cheung. Wines chosen by David Abbot to compliment the flavors of individual dishes will be served.
This dinner will benefit the victims of the Northampton fires, 20% of the proceeds will be donated to assist the families.

Maine Oysters, delicately battered and fried
Roast Suckling Pig
Kei Jia Smoked Dried Tofu, Long Beans, sweet red peppers, Chinese pickles
Chicken: Salt rubbed, air dried, roasted and then the skin crisped and finished with a garlic, onions, bread crumbs & dried shrimp seasoning
Filet of Australis Baramundi: pan sautéed, finished with a sauce of ginger, spring onion & garlic
Chinese Mustard Greens, with garlic
Dessert: Sweet Green Tea Pancake
